What started uniquely fit
Uniquely fit is a balanced approach combining movement, nutrition, and community support designed for real life.
I started pilates over ten years ago. I graduated college and felt directionless. I came across pilates DVD's and fell in love. I couldn't afford regular classes, so I started learning everything I could and eventually began teaching myself. At the time, I believed that only intense, punishing workouts were truly effective- the kind that left you completely drained. Pilates challenged that mindset. It showed me pilates could be both powerful and gentle, and that strength doesn't have to come from strain. What began as a hobbie, turned into a path of discovery, and it completely reshaped how I understand fitness, balance, and the body.
